Global Copper Conductors extrusion plant produces bare and insulated copper wire and strip for coil manufacture, electric motor repair shops, transformer repair and manufacture, as well as the supply of earthing conductors for grounding and lightning protection.
Our conform extrusion process with in–line annealing is highly efficient and quick at producing a high–quality, dimensionally stable copper conductor product.
Global Copper Conductors can also supply Aluminium conductor, insulated with our range of coverings.
Finished product can be supplied on reels, as pancake coils or cut into bars.
Global Coppers overnight die manufacturing capability allows us to produce any size round or rectangular copper conductor within the maximum dimensional properties as required for specialist applications.

Global Copper utilises a high–purity, oxygen–free, high conductivity upcast Australian made copper rod with a C10100 designation as specified in AS/NZS1567:1997.
Overall copper purity is no less than 99.99%, with an electrical conductivity greater than 100.0% IACS as measured in ASTM B193.
Following extrusion, four covering lines are available for the application of quality electrical insulations, any combination of insulation or layering can be combined to suit the application.ย
