Global Copper Conductors Pty Ltd was established in 2006 to produce bare and insulated copper wire & strip for the transformer and electric motor industries.

With a background in the electric motor repair, transformer, electrical insulation, and coil manufacturing industries, Global Copper’s vision is to meet the high demand and quick turnaround requirements of customers, while ensuring the up–most high quality, dimensionally stable annealed wire, or strip.

Utilising high purity Oxygen Free High Conductivity (OFHC) upcast copper rod sourced from Australian Manufacturers for our extrusion process, along with in–house die manufacturing, we can produce large quantities of copper conductor very quickly. Complementing our extrusion process are four covering lines to apply any required combination of speciality electrical insulations.

All Global Copper Conductor products are manufactured to meet or exceed Australian, British and International Standards.
